- Account maintenance certificate with bank statement from the last six months (minimum balance 200,000)

- Confirmed hotel paid voucher
- Confirmed return air ticket
- 4 recent passport-size photographs
- Work proof
- Letter from the applicant addressed to the Visa Officer of the Consulate General
- Valid CNIC copy
- Travel insurance policy or letter
